How did your handling of your own equipment work before Infobric Equipment?
Before we started using Infobric Equipment, we had a hard time getting a good overview of the device's machines and equipment.
We previously used another system that not everyone on the device could easily access, and even if more people had access, it was difficult to get compliance in the system.
How does Infobric Equipment help your business?
It has become easier to make wise purchasing decisions since we started using Infobric Equipment. Previously, we did not have an easy way to see what already existed and it happened because you bought e.g. new ladders, because we did not know that we had several or where they were somewhere.
Today, without spending too much time, we can get a good and simple overview, which generates control and helps us work towards a reduced need for new purchases.
Infobric Equipment also simplifies the work for our project managers in their projects. Now they can easily see in their mobile what is available and can in the system move machines between projects when needed without us losing or forgetting what is available.
Does Infobric Equipment meet your expectations?
I am especially pleased with the app. It's quick to add new items to the system and having the entire unit's machinery in your pocket is awesome. The interface in the app is very user-friendly, which makes it a comfortable platform to work in.
