Infobric Equipment for owned and rented machinery & equipment

Any type of construction, civil engineering and management projects require a lot of machinery and tools, and keeping up to date is quickly becoming overwhelming. With our digital platform you can quickly find out where and when your machines and tools are used.

During the complex reconstruction of the Posten terminal, Tomteboda, in Stockholm, HENT Sweden chose to involve Infobric Equipment in order to gain better control of the machine park

Through the combination of new technology and good project management, they saw great cost savings - and today HENT Sweden chooses to collaborate with Infobric Equipment in all ongoing construction projects.
- In general, a challenge is to get an overview and predictability in order to reach the time and cost budget, without taking too much time and resources from the salaried employees. We really had a high ambition to streamline the use of all our machines before project start, says Marcus Raschke, Project Manager at HENT Sweden.

Collects all machines in one system
Many entrepreneurs were involved in the project. And thanks to the large number of actors involved, there was a risk of unnecessary costs associated with lost overview and control of the machines and aids that were in the project.
- Our solution was to gather all suppliers and actors in the same interface and platform, at the same time as we introduced a better way of working around forecasting, planning and cost control, says Marcus.

Good for the Environment
Thanks to Infobric Equipment's integrations, all machines were loaded without hand-laying the project and when the new way of working was introduced, they were involved in the project which was responsible for overheads and machinery - from professionals to site management and the officials who worked with the finances for the project.
- In the past, it has been difficult to get an overview of the machine park, in both large and small projects. It has been unnecessarily stressful and expensive and it has burdened the environment unnecessarily when the machines are unused and not used efficiently. Thanks to the collaboration with Infobric Equipment, we managed to achieve the set goals and it obviously feels very good, says Marcus.
